I feel kinda tempted to build a Ice Barrier Deck, but I can’t really see where to start building one. What are the key cards for the deck?

I’m going to limit myself to cards that I know are available in the north american tcg.
Dance Princess of the ice barrier is a new card and one I see going into most ice barrier decks (including mine). Her ability to bounce spells/traps back to your opponents hand just by revealing ice barrier monsters in your hand is very useful.
Brionac dragon of the ice barrier is a great synchro.
Cryomancer of the ice barrier is often used as he’s more or less a gravity bind in creature form.
Medallion of the ice barrier is great for searching your deck for the ice barrier monster you need at the time.
Medium of the ice barrier sees some use due to her ability to lock your opponent into only using one spell or trap per turn.
Dai sojo of the ice barrier is useful as he prevents your other ice barriers from being destroyed by spells or traps.
Those are the main ones I’d look into and the ice barrier cards I see used most often right now. Other common cards such as dark bribe, mystical space typhoon etc. also get added in but I focused on the ice barriers themselves.
Here are some I’m using mine isn’t a total ice barrier deck it is a water deck with some great ice barriers in it. I got these off of collectors cache relatively cheaply.
